This app has been developed for a hospital in Prague. It helps their patients who do not speak Czech to communicate their needs to the nurses. (Mockups use English and Danish as an example). The main challenge was to make the app easy to use for both nurses and patients. Being a patient or a nurse can be very stressful and it is even worse if they do not understand each other. It is scientifically proven that feeling stressed during a hospital stay can lead to worsening of a patient’s symptoms and potentially endanger their life.
