The main focus of this project was to improve the booking system. All the changes made were based on user input from various sources. More than 70% of users access the booking system from mobile devices, so the improvements were made with mobile devices in mind.
The main challenge here was to simplify and shorten the booking process, as users often went back and did not have an overview of all the options they had chosen. The number of steps has been reduced and also users can now easily go back just one step and edit all the options they have.
