The company, provides its platform to businesses, decided to add new features based on feedback from one of its clients. The main reason was to incorporate these features while improving usability. The new features consist of data visualization.
The platform is used by many different users and one of them are analysts who generate reports from incidents reported in their companies. Their primary need is to get the data they need while keeping track of the reports. The goal was to create a site where they could easily find all the data they need and modify it when necessary. Several stakeholder interviews were conducted to understand what issues users needed to address.
These interviews were then coded and the result was used for further development followed by testing.
