UI DESIGN - RPM platform for hospital

Main focus of this project was to create user interface for a platform which would be used in a hospital by doctors to monitor patients.
The design is based on clients requirements and my own research and best practice.
One of the challenges was to make the interface clear and simple enough for user to understand how to use it and navigate around.
The wireframes and prototype were tested with people who fit the target audience.
